Recently called and they answered the phone "after hours". They were professional and friendly. They have worked on 3 of my cars now. Reasonable pricing. There is a new manager there as well.
I’ve never had such a wonderful customer service experience while trying to diagnose a car issue! Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and gladly answered my plethora of questions. Not only did she simply answer the questions I had, she took the time to break them down in a way that I could understand (even with my little to no background knowledge of cars). She even took the time to walk me into the bay and show me exactly where the issues were to provide me with a true picture of the problem before getting into the details of what has gone wrong and options to fix it. I will be recommending them to anyone who has a car!
Gotta love the people at Ebert's Aamco! Been going there for years and am always treated kindly, with respect and consideration. Today they gave me peace of mind that everything was in good working order. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
